Food Drive
Monticello Auto Service ran a Food Drive to help support the Bravera STMA Food Pantry and the Monticello Food Shelf. With the support of the community, we performed 66 Oil Changes and received more food and hygiene donations than we could have imagined! Thank you so much for your support and we look forward to making this an annual tradition!
Teaching Car Care Basics
At Monticello Auto Service, we believe that empowering our community with automotive knowledge is just as important as keeping their vehicles on the road. On April 17, 2025, we were proud to host the Monticello Royal Ambassador Program at our shop for a hands-on car care workshop.
Our team — Calvin (Manager), Troy (Foreman), Matt (Technician), Logan (Technician), Caitlin (Advisor), and Misa (Advisor) — spent the day teaching the ambassadors essential vehicle maintenance skills. Together, we covered how to safely change a spare tire, check vital fluids like oil, coolant, washer fluid, and transmission fluid, and even inspect and replace air filters and wiper blades.
We also walked through each participant’s vehicle to make sure they had the necessary tools for a tire change. Along the way, we explained which components are safety-related and which are not. It was a fun, educational day focused on building confidence, promoting safety, and helping the next generation feel more prepared behind the wheel.
First-Time Drivers Program
Confidence Before the First Breakdown
Your teen just got their license.
Now make sure they’re not guessing when something goes wrong.
Our First-Time Drivers Program gives new drivers real-world, hands-on training with a certified technician
— using their own vehicle — so they know what to do before they’re stuck on the side of the road.
This is practical. It’s preventative. And it builds confidence fast.
What This Program Does
During a routine oil change, your teen works 1-on-1 with a certified technician to learn essential
car-care skills every driver should know.
No classroom.
No lectures.
Just real skills, on their car.

✔ How to check and change engine oil
✔ How to inspect and replace air filters
